Hua Hin, Since 2014
We Didn't Build
a Restaurant.
We Built a Place.
In 2014, a family sat on this stretch of beach at Hua Hin Soi 3 and made a decision — that people deserved better than a compromise between great food and a great view. They built Laciana By The Sea with their own hands, from a conviction that the two things should never be separated.
"We didn't open a restaurant. We opened the kind of place we always wished existed."
More than a decade later, that conviction hasn't moved an inch. Every morning, the catch arrives from local fishermen who know us by name. The pizza dough is made fresh before the doors open. The herbs are sourced close to home. Nothing on the plate is chasing a trend — it's chasing the truth of what honest, generous cooking actually means.
When you sit at our terrace, nothing stands between you and the Gulf of Thailand. The breeze is real. The sunset is on time, every evening. And the meal — whether it's a quiet dinner for two, or a loud and joyful family feast that runs past closing — becomes one of those nights you'll still be telling someone about on the drive home.
We have been here for over ten years. We plan to be here for ten more. The only question left is when you'll come and join us.
